PI3K/AKT activity is indispensable for FGF7-triggered resistance to tamoxifen. T47D cells were grown in matrigel and treated with FGF7 (10 ng/ml) and/or tamoxifen (1 μM) with/without PI3K/AKT inhibitor (LY294002, 2 μM).
