Each entry represents the results of two or more IFN-γ/IL-2 Fluorospot tests performed after single or repeated (double-prime and prime-boost) RT gene immunizations: >100 – more than 100, 50–100–50 to 100, <50 - less than 50 spot-forming cells per million stimulated lymphocytes (splenocytes). *Peptide sequences are given in Table 1. Results of Fluorospot tests that are discordant with the results of the multi-parametric FACS assays (Fig. 9) are in bold type.
