Risk of renal relapse (not including the hematuria component on the Birmingham Vasculitis Activity Score for Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis) is expressed as sHR and 95% CI. Among the 99 patients included in this analysis, 16 participants underwent renal relapse, and 27 patients had a competing event (21 participants had relapse without renal involvement and six patients developed ESRD). sHR, subdistribution hazard ratio; 95% CI, 95% confidence interval.

a

Adjusted for a decrease in hematuria over the same period, ANCA type (antiproteinase 3 versus antimyeloperoxidase), baseline pulmonary involvement, and baseline creatinine.
