Inhibition of RyR3 by ryanodine suppresses OPC differentiation. (A) Ca2+ recording of OPCs in proliferation medium (Pro-medium) showing random spontaneous waves. (B) OPCs cultured in differentiation medium (Diff-medium) for 6 h showed frequently higher peak waves, which could be inhibited by ryanodine (Rya) (C).
