The 1D and STD NMR spectra for fragments 1–5 (A), fragments 6–10 (B) and fragments 11 to 15 (C) are shown in the presence (top) and in the absence (bottom) of A_2AR. The fragments bound to A_2AR display STD signals, while the non-binders have no binding signal observed in the absence of A_2AR, showing that the binding observed in the presence of native A_2AR is specific.
