a, phylogenetic tree analysis of polyprotein of different Aichivirus C (PKV-1) strains. Based on phylogenetic analysis with whole genome sequences, kobuviruses form three genogroups. The kobuviruses detected in this study (Black dot) were categorized into two different genogroups.
