Bipartite network visualization of 50 subjects (22 cases, 28 controls) and methylation sites. The network revealed a significant separation between cases and controls, and the methylation sites that were strongly associated with each cluster. The blue shapes and dashed ovals denote cluster boundaries of subjects and methylation sites respectively identified through agglomerative hierarchical clustering.
