BRD4 siRNA reduced T-cell factor (TCF)/LEF transcriptional activity in Hep3B cells. A:BRD4 siRNA treatment dramatically reduced BRD4 expression in both HepG2 and Hep3B cells. B: There was no reduction in TCF/LEF reporter activity in HepG2 cells treated with BRD4 siRNA. C: Significant reduction was found in TCF/LEF reporter activity in Hep3B cells treated with BRD4 siRNA.
