Gene expression analysis of the chondrogenic genes in ADSC pellets. Chondrocytic-related genes of Col2a1 (a), Aggrecan (b), SOX-9 (c), Prg4 (d), COMP (e), and Col10 (f) were quantified by real-time PCR in ADSC pellet, which were stimulated with TGF-β3 alone, FGF-18 alone, and their combination for 5 weeks. The asterisk ∗ (p < 0.05) and asterisks ∗∗ (p < 0.01) indicate significant difference compared to the control group.
