PHB2 is interacting with Hes1. A, lysates from HEK293 cells expressing FLAG–PHB2 alone or together with Hes1 were incubated with JI051 at the indicated concentrations together with anti-FLAG antibody, prior to pulldown with protein A-Sepharose beads.
