Interactions of SC29EK with target mimic peptides determined by CD spectroscopy. The α-helicity (A) and thermostability (B) of SC29EK in complexes with the NHR-derived peptide N36 or its mutants were measured. The final concentration of each peptide in PBS was 10 μM.
