Notes: For BEAS-2B cell suspensions, they were continuously cultured in conventional RPMI 1640 medium and were named as Group A. For A549 cell suspensions, they were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium containing different concentrations of resveratrol. Resveratrol concentrations were 0 μmol/L, 20 μmol/L, 40 μmol/L, 60 μmol/L, and 80 μmol/L, respectively, and according to the concentration of resveratrol, they were named as Group B, Group B₂₀, Group B₄₀, Group B₆₀, and Group B₈₀, respectively.
