All three panels represent data from H727 spheroids exactly treated as described for BON-1 spheroids in Figure 3. (B) The time-course of change in spheroid volume from two independent experiments described for panel A is plotted as mean ± SEM of fold change in the spheroid volume relative to that at the start of treatment, i.e. Day 0. ^* indicates that all the data points are significantly different between DHQ alone and ¹⁷⁷Lu-octreotate + DHQ treatment groups as well as between ¹⁷⁷Lu-octreotate and ¹⁷⁷Lu-octreotate + DHQ treatment groups from each other from day 8 onwards with P-values ≤ 0.01. (C) Analysis of cell proliferation marker Ki-67, DNA damage, cell cycle arrest and apoptosis parameters by western blotting.
