MyD88 was a downstream molecule of MALAT1 in microglia. The HAPI cells were divided into 4 groups: pcDNA, pcDNA-MALAT1, pcDNA-MALAT1 + si-NC, pcDNA-MALAT1 + si-MyD88. After transfection, all cells were treated with HG-H/R. (A) The relative cell viability and (B) apoptosis were assessed.
