Myogenin gene expression in cultured satellite cells from neonatal piglets treated with either control diet (n = 10), or a control diet supplemented with 0.25% (T 0.25, n = 10) or 0.5% (T 0.5, n = 9) tributyrin for 21 days. After induced to differentiate, total RNA was harvested and myogenin expression was quantified by RT‐PCR. Expression was normalized within animal to RPL4 at each time point.
