O3 exposure decreases pulmonary SPM receptor and lipoxygenase expression. 24 h following a 3 h exposure to 1 ppm O3 or filtered air (FA), lung tissue was harvested and analyzed for A, 5-LOX and 12/15-LOX expression using quantitative RT-PCR and B, for SPM receptors BLT-1, ALX/FPR2, and ChemR23.
