NIC = not impaired cognitively; SA-MCI = single assessment mild cognitive impairment reflecting cross-sectional classification or unstable classification across measurement occasions; MA-MCI = multiple assessment mild cognitive impairment reflecting stable classification observed across consecutive measurement occasions; SR Health = self-reported health relative to a perfect state on a 5-point scale that ranged from 0 (very good) to 4 (poor); SR Health-P = self-reported health relative to peers on a 5-point scale that ranged from 0 (very good) to 4 (poor).
