Colorectal cancer cells conditioned medium was used to culture the non-adapted and adapted bacteria. It consists of the supernatants collected after colorectal cancer cells growth in a DMEM medium without antibiotic for 72 h at 37°C in a humidified incubator with 5% CO2. Glucose was the carbon source present in this medium. Each condition was run in duplicate and the results correspond to the mean ± standard error of the mean.
p < 0.05;
p < 0.01;
p < 0.001, values significantly different between conditioned medium conditions and respective controls; “ns” corresponds to non-significant differences. CM, colorectal cancer cells conditioned medium diluted (1:1) in fresh DMEM; CCM, control of diluted colorectal cancer cells conditioned medium; CM, Colorectal cancer cells conditioned medium; CCM, control of colorectal cancer cells conditioned medium.
