DNA gel-blot analysis of oe-MPK4 and expression levels of OsMPK4 in transgenic lines and wild-type (WT) plants. (a) Genomic DNA was digested with EcoR I or Xba I. The blot was hybridized with a probe specific for the reporter gene encoding β-glucuronidase. Two transgenic lines (oe-43 and oe-59) have a single insertion of the transgene.
