Biodistribution results at 24 h after injection of ^99mTc-225.28 or ^99mTc-F3-C25 in the groups of athymic nude mice (n = 3–4/group) bearing large SUM159 xenografts implanted in the mammary fat pad. Mice were euthanized at 24 h post injection, when selected tissues were removed, weighed, and counted in a gamma counter to determine the % ID/g of tissue. Data are presented as means ± standard deviations, and the difference in the tumor uptake between the two groups was analyzed by Student’s t-tests. * p < 0.05.
