L. monocytogenes infection induced miR-146a expression both in vitro and in vivo. RAW264.7 cells (A) or Murine bone marrow-derive macrophages (BMDMs) (B) were infected with L. monocytogenes 10403S at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 20 for the indicated time. Different organs were collected from L. monocytogenes-infected or PBS-treated mice at day 3 post-infection. MiR-146a was measured by real-time PCR, with a total of six mice per group (C).
