Effects of hinokitiol on matrix metalloproteinases (MMP)-9 and MMP-2 expression in A549 cell line. A549 cells were treated with different concentrations of hinokitiol (1–5 µM) in serum-free media for 24 h. After the treatment periods, cell lysates were collected to detect the expression of MMP-9 (A) and MMP-2 (B) by using Western blotting.
