Effects of hinokitiol on catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in A549 cell line. A549 cells were treated with different concentrations of hinokitiol (1–5 µM) in serum-free media for 24 h. Cell lysates were obtained for the assay of CAT (A) and SOD (B) activities by using native-PAGE.
