GlcN promotes β-catenin nuclear translocation. Chondrocytes were treated with 200 μg/ml GlcN for 72 h, followed by immunofluorescence staining for β-catenin (green). The nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). β-catenin immunostaning was predominantly localized in the nucleus following treatment with GlcN. GlcN, glucosamine.
