Embryonal RD cells are sensitive to PFK15. (A) RD cells were treated with different PFK15 concentrations (0–6 μM) for 24 h, and the supernatant lactate level was analyzed by a lactate assay. The viability of RD cells treated with (B) 6 μM PFK15 and (C) 25 μM 3BP for 12, 24 or 48 h was analyzed by an MTS assay. (D) RD cells were treated with PFK15 (6 μM) combined with CQ (10 μM) or 3MA (1 mM) for 48 h, and the cell viability was analyzed by an MTS assay. ^*P<0.05 and ^**P<0.01 vs. corresponding Ctrl group.
