PFK15 induces the cleavage of PARP-1. (A) Western blot analysis of RD cells, demonstrating that PFK15 promotes apoptosis and induces cleavage of PARP-1. RD cells were cultured for 12 h with or without 6 μM PFK15, and then collected for immunoblotting analysis.
