YKL-39 stimulates angiogenesis in vitro. Human microvascular endothelial cells (HUVECs) were loaded on a layer of Matrigel and cultured overnight in the presence of human YKL-39 (100 ng/ml or 1 ug/ml) for tube formation assay.
