(A/B) There was a significant main effect of stimulus for sign-tracking behavior with more sign-tracking seen to the CS+ compared to the CS− in rats with glutamate measurements taken from the NAcC or PrL [F(1, 9) = 43.30, *p < 0.05]. (C/D) No statistically significant differences were observed to the CS+ or CS− for goal-tracking behavior in rats with measurements taken from the NAcC or PrL [F(1, 9) = 0.77, *p < 0.05].
