(A) OT-II mouse CD4+ splenocytes were stained with CellTrace Violet and co-cultured with bone marrow-derived wild-type (wt) or GHTg dendritic cells (BM-DC), alone or with rhGH. Cells were harvested after 48 or 72 h and analyzed by flow cytometry. A representative experiment is shown of three performed. wt cells at t = 0 were used as control.
