The proteolysis of PACAP27, PACAP38 and PACAP38 analogs by dipeptidyl peptidase IV. Each peptide was incubated in phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) at a concentration of 50 µM with DPP IV at a concentration of 0.5 mg/ml at 22°C. Proteolysis was monitored by HPLC over the course of the 72-hour incubation. The lines for all of the PACAP analogs are overlapping.
