Frequency distributions of seed yield components in the recombinant inbred line population derived from a cross between ‘Natto-shoryu’ and ‘Tachinagaha’ (NsT-RILs) at Mito and Tsukuba experimental conditions. Single seed weight (SSW), number of pods per plant (NP), number of ovules per pod (NOP), rate of seed-set (RSS), and seed yield per plant (SY) were evaluated for each individual, and values are averaged within each line.
