The mutations and deletions of the Noxa promoter were used for the promoter‐luciferase reporter fusion gene constructs. (B) A series of luciferase constructs shown in (A) were transfected in HN8 cells. On the next day, cells were treated with 50 μm of cisplatin for 16 h. Values represent the mean ± SD of triplicates. The results are representative of at least two independent experiments and are reproducible.
