Effect comparison of different buffers on thermal stability of rSAGL from P. pastoris. Two temperatures of 50 °C (a) and 55 °C (b) were used in the test. In the residual activity test, Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4 buffer (100 mM, pH 6.0) and sodium alginate (10 g/L) were used at 50 °C. All experiments were conducted in triplicate, and the data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation.
