The Atcrk1-1 mutant showed significantly lower effective PSII quantum yield values under all light intensities (*** p ≤ 0.001); (B) Electron transport rate (ETR). The Atcrk1-1 mutant has significantly lower ETR values than wild type plants (* p ≤ 0.05); (C) Regulated Non- Photochemical Quenching (NPQ); (D) Non-regulated non-photochemical quenching (Y (NO)). The NPQ values of Atcrk1-1 plants were decreased (* p ≤ 0.05), while the Y (NO) showed increased (*** p ≤ 0.001) values in Atcrk1-1 mutant as compared to wild type plants. Data are presented as the mean ± standard error. A two-way ANOVA test was used for statistical analysis and was performed using the OriginPro 8.6 software (OriginLab Corporation, Northampton, MA, USA).
