Pathways in Cancer affected by Bleomycin. In order to determine the reactions, genes and gene products that were affected by bleomycin, the Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (Available online: http://ctdbase.org/) was utilised with a requirement of a minimum of three hits. The Database for Annotation, Visualization, and Integrated Discovery (DAVID) tool (Available online: http://david.abcc.ncifcrf.gov/home.jsp) was then used to map these genes onto the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) Pathways in Cancer map [121]. A step in the Pathways in Cancer KEGG map that was affected by bleomycin is indicated by a red star.
