AhDREB1 is a member of the APETALA2/Ethylene Responsive Factor (AP2/ERF) transcription factor family in peanut. (A) Alignment of amino acid sequences of AhDREB1 with six dehydration-responsive element binding protein (DREB) subfamily proteins.
