The expression level of Bax, Bcl-2, Bcl-XL mRNA in U937 cells determined by using Real-time fluorescent quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR). The cells were treated with 0.1% DMSO medium alone (control), BL, HHT, and BL-HHT. The BL treated group is incubated for 24 h after 2 h irradiation, the HHT group is incubated for 24 h without irradiation, and the BL-HHT group is incubated to 24 h after 2 h irradiation. The qRT-PCR is performed using the ABI Prism 7500 Sequence Detection System. Values shown are the means ± SD (n = 3). * p < 0.05 vs. control group.
