(A) The box plot is a convenient way to compare the distributions of expression values for pancreatic cancer tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues after normalization. (B) The scatter-plot is used for assessing circRNAs expression variation between pancreatic cancer tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues. The circRNAs above the top green line and below the bottom green line indicated more than 2.0 fold change of circRNAs between two compared samples. (C) The volcano plots are useful tools for visualizing differential expression between two different conditions. The red point in the plot represents the differentially expressed circRNAs with statistical significance. (D) The Hierarchical clustering is performed for analysis of gene expression.
