Effects of Calotropin (0.50 mg/ml) on NSCLC cell growth, migration and invasion in vitro. (A) Calotropin suppressed H358 cell growth in a time-dependent manner following 72 h post-treatment. (B) Calotropin arrested H358 cells at the G2/M phase. (C) Calotropin inhibited the protein expression levels of cyclins, CDK1 and CDK2 in H358 cells.
