(C and F) Circles represent hydrodynamic radii (Rh) obtained from analysis of the autocorrelation data, and the solid lines represent the mean of all the measured values of Rh. Total concentration of amyloids used here is 60 nM (monomer equivalent). Clearly, Rh of solubilized TMR-Aβ corresponds to the size of the monomeric peptide (see Fig. S2).
