(A) Cell numbers were counted at day 4 in 3 CCA cell lines transduced with shRNA-luciferase (shLuc) or shRNA-ASPH (shASPH), including H1 and SSP25 as well as RBE with the IDH1mut sequences. (B) Senescence associated β-gal expression and staining was used to evaluate senescence in CCA cell lines treated as indicated.
