Quantity of interferon gamma (IFN-γ) mRNA positive cells. Positive cells were quantified by TissueFAXS and its accompanying software HistoQuest in cecum, liver and spleen of turkeys (A) and chickens (B) inoculated with attenuated and/or virulent Histomonas meleagridis.
