Except for the second question listed in this table, the participants were provided with the following options: (a) between the 1st and the 6th month; (b) between the 7th and the 12th month; (c) between the 13th and the 18th month; (d) between the 19th and the 24th month; (e) later than 24 months; (f) I cannot remember the age. For each question, extra space was also assigned for any additional comment.
