The effect of hapalindole H (Hap H) on viability of PC3 prostate cancer cells after 72 h of treatment. The cytotoxic effect of Hap H on PC-3 cells was compared to the effect of paclitaxel at the same concentration (2.5 nM) and in triplicates. Values represent the means ± SEM from experiments. Student t-test showed p>0.05 when comparing paclitaxel vs. Hap H, suggesting Hap H as a lead structure for further development.
