Cry1A toxin association with and dissociation from BmABCC2_R evaluated by SPR. Recombinant BmABCC2_R purified with anti-FLAG tag antibody–conjugated gel was immobilized on a CM5 sensor chip. Cry toxins were injected over the sensor chip of Biacore J as analytes. The thick black lines indicate the actual response curves, whereas the thin gray lines show the two-state reaction models indicated by the BIAevaluation software. Some of the model curves are difficult to discern, as the actual response curves overlap the models, indicating a good fit.
