Double knockdown of E6AP and clusterin partially rescues PC cell growth. PC3 shE6AP or Control (parental) cells were transduced with shRNA against clusterin (shCLU) or a control for clusterin (shControl-CLU) in a dox-inducible lentivirus-mediated expression system.
