A sample of EMG signal recorded from 8 electrodes placed on subject’s forearm. Subjects were asked to follow a cursor on a screen moving to the left and right with isometric wrist extension/flexion. The velocity profile for the moving cursor is shown in the middle of this figure as a sinusoidal wave with a 1 second delay after which the cursor started moving to the right first.
