Gene symbol and gene description are given for the genes encoding the respective transcription factors. Expression logFC is the fold change of the expression of these transcription factor genes in the MTX resistant cells. Up-regulated TF genes are marked in red, down-regulated TF genes are marked in blue. PWM is the identifier of the TRANSFAC position weight matrix whose sites are overrepresented in the promoters or enhancers of the genes under study. Yes/No ratio and P-value are the values obtained by the site frequency search in the promoters and enhancers, respectively.
