B6D2F1 mice were lethally irradiated with 1100cGy and transplanted with 10×10⁶ B6 WT T cell depleted bone marrow cells and either 20×10⁶ GFP+ B6 WT or GPF+ miR-155^−/−. On days 10 and 21, cohorts of mice were euthanized and splenocytes harvested for flow cytometric analysis. N=4-7 mice in each group per experiment for each time point.
