The operative shoulder (right) is widely draped, allowing for free access medial to the coracoid process. (A) A 3- to 4-cm skin incision is made over the coracoid process. (B) The pectoralis minor tendon is harvested with a flake of bone tip. Leading sutures are passed around the tendon-bone junction in the simple stitch configuration and tied.
